  5. Book transportation if you are flying or taking the train and, if needed, request pick-up using the Transportation Request Form.

Delegate and Alternate Fee (Banquet Included) $185.00 This fee includes all meals including the Banquet and the cruise on The Endeavor Tuesday evening. This fee applies to all delegates and alternates. Pay by check to All Saints' Anglican Church.
Guest Fee $75.00 This fee includes the cost of the Synod meals, the Banquet and the cruise on The Endeavor Tuesday evening. A guest is anyone who is neither an appointed delegate nor alternate but wishes to attend some or all of the Synod Meetings as a Guest. Pay by check to All Saints' Anglican Church.
